TITLE : AÚN NO ES AGOSTO
PHOTOBOOK
AUTHOR : RODRIGO ROHER

Rodrigo Roher’s new photobook takes us to Benidorm, a real place on the Spanish Costa Blanca, but the author takes it to the limits of surrealism.

“Mariví and José Antonio have been going to Benidorm for years with IMSERSO trips.
They never go in August.
-It’s too busy -says Mariví.
In recent years, their small and faithful mixed-breed dog, Toto, has always accompanied them. Today, as soon as they arrived, Toto ran after a seagull and got lost.
This is the story of a search with Berlanga-style airs and “trambólicos” characters.

With blondes with Pantone-Telecinco dye and “ex” of almost everything. With voluptuous Cubans, foreigners, paellas, tattoos, sand, and saltwater. A love story with a happy ending.”
